Many of the Yoga Flow and Yoga Shred classes here in the Fit & Fierce Club have modifications for beginners. So go ahead and try them out, and do what you can.

Rest out or move around if you come upon something that's too much for you--and chip away at it until you can do more!

But when you want classes and concepts that are really simple, and broken down to the basics, from Chair Yoga to Slow Flows to Basics Yoga Shreds and more, this is your section.
