This session will teach you how to align your spine in any yoga pose or class, while you focus on moving slowly and mindfully--and in ways your sacrum and lower back needs to properly strengthen, stretch, and decompress.
Instead of only forward bending, which seems intuitive, we combat low back strain and pain by targeting the Quadratus Lumborum, or QL muscles and psoas along your hips/lower back spine, and others that need different movements than just a forward fold.
You'll breathe, twist, sidebend, put your spine into freeing traction, release negative energies from your back body--and more.
