NOTE: In this class, you'll need 2-3 yoga blocks OR sturdy cushions/pillows/stack of blankets and a yoga bolster or larger cushion.
NOTE: Please be warm before attempting this class, either by taking a hot bath or shower, or doing this directly after a heating warm up or workout.
NOTE: You can press pause on any of these poses, and stay longer than I do, until you feel like exiting the pose.
MORE DETAILS: This is a non-moving, total restorative yoga class to allow your muscles, tissues , ligaments and tendons to gently hydrate and re-align for better flexibility and energy flow.
This is a great practice for your days off of more vigorous movement, or to do after a workout session here with me!
