Warm Up & Cool Down Yoga

These are great sequences to extend the duration of your practice. Use any Warm Up session before any other video (Yoga Flow or Yoga Shred) you love--or your own practice at home!

Use any Cool Down video after your regular practice at home or here with me during my Yoga Flow & Yoga Shed classes to lengthen the amount of stretching and restoring you do.

These sequences all optionally amplify your benefits--when you have the time for them!
