DAY 6 Of The 2020 Total Transformation Journey: 🌊 The Ninja Flow Yoga Shred® 🌊 Workout!
This Ninja Flow Yoga Shred® is a workout that invites you to find the holistic, seamless movement of a Ninja, sourced from the secret inner power you hold at your deep core.
It will strengthen you incredibly, in ways yoga alone can't. We cross train and balance our endurance slower flows with this fierce but mindful movement. It'll give you the results of a 2 hour workout in just 30. *Modifications given for beginners*.
This sequence, which includes bursts of power with sweet stretching, works to lift, define and lean your body, with particular focus on the legs, glutes, arms and core. It targets the constant dance between the earth and your psoas, the wavelike muscle from upper inner thighs, across your pelvis, then behind the belly organs and up the sides of your low back spine.
This muscle is the key to gaining more lift and lightness on the low back and upper body, for far less compression and way more empowerment in each pose! We will unlock this inner river for you today.
PROPS: All except the yoga mat are optional, but I suggest two yoga blocks, and if you want to take the strengthening up a level: 2 wrist or hand weights (water bottles will do) and 2 ankle weights. 💪
